A Municipal Water Park

Atakum Aquapark is a seasonal water entertainment facility in the Yenimahalle area, operated by the Atakum Municipality and open during the summer months (May to September). Built on roughly 2,000 square metres, it is designed mainly for families with children, with its pools and colourful slides.

Pools and Slides

The park has two main pools — one for children and one for an older age group — along with several water slides. A multi-armed, colourful slide structure rises from the centre of the pool, surrounded by shaded seating where visitors can sunbathe.

Family-Friendly Facilities

Changing cabins, showers and a cafeteria cover the basic needs of visitors on site. Because it is run by the municipality, admission is generally more affordable than private water parks, making it a popular summer stop for families in Atakum.
