Location
İnci Beach, formerly known as "Matasyon", lies on Adnan Menderes Boulevard in the Mimarsinan neighborhood of Samsun's Atakum district. About 8 kilometres from the city centre, it is one of the favourite stops along the Atakum coastline.
Blue Flag
Roughly 470 metres long, İnci Beach has been awarded the Blue Flag by the Turkish Environmental Education Foundation (TÜRÇEV) and is counted among Samsun's Blue Flag beaches. Entry is free.
Facilities
The beach offers changing cabins, toilets and showers, along with accessibility features such as ramps and accessible toilets for disabled visitors. Set along Atakum's lively coastal promenade, it draws large crowds in summer thanks to the surrounding cafés and walking paths.
