A View Over Atakum
Perched on higher ground in the Küçükkolpınar neighbourhood of Atakum, the Seyir Terası is a multi-storey open terrace facility run by the Atakum Municipality, combining an observation point with a restaurant and cafe.
Design
The building consists of several glass-railed terrace levels. Lower floors offer glass-fronted indoor seating, while the upper floors are open-air terraces, so visitors can choose indoor or outdoor seating depending on the season.
The View
From the terrace, Atakum's green slopes, the coastal boulevard below and the Black Sea on the horizon come together in one sweeping view. Its proximity to the city centre makes it a popular short stop for locals and visitors alike.
